Media plan for UEFA Cup final

The media activities of Valencia CF and Olympique de Marseille have been confirmed.

The two clubs taking part in the 2003/04 UEFA Cup final in Gothenburg on Wednesday 19 May, Valencia CF and Olympique de Marseille, have announced details of their media open days where members of the international media will have the opportunity to interview the coaching and playing staff prior to the final.

Valencia open day
Valencia will stage their open day tomorrow, Wednesday 12 May, at the Ciudad Deportiva at 12.30CET. Specific requests should be sent to the Valencia press office by fax immediately on +34-96 337 2335.

Marseille open day
Marseille will hold their open day on Thursday 13 May at 11.00CET at the Centre d'entraînement de la Commanderie. Specific requests should be faxed to the club's press office on +33-491-769 129.

Pre-match media activity
In addition UEFA can now confirm the pre-match media activity plan, comprising times of the teams' press conferences and open training before the final.

Press conferences
Valencia, who for the purposes of administration are the 'home' team in Gothenburg, will hold a press conference at the Ullevi stadium on Tuesday 18 May at 13.00CET and will hold their training in the stadium from 19.00 to 19.45. The Marseille press conference will be at 11.30 at the Ullevi stadium and their training from 18.00 to 18.45.

Accreditation
Media accreditation for both the training sessions and the press conferences in Sweden will be required and can be collected from the Media Accreditation Centre on site at the Ullevi stadium from 09.00 on Tuesday 18 May.
