Which player most inspired you and why? Lise Klaveness (former Norway and Stabæk), for her attitude towards training and the way she consistently managed to point out why we are playing football. Passion and joy.

Which coach most inspired you? Jan Aksel Opsahl Odden for really wanting to make me a better player and for spending hours and hours on individual training with me.

What was the best advice they gave you? Have fun and train hard.

Best player you've played with? I have played with a lot of great footballers, but when I have to pick out one, it has to be Trine Rønning (Norway and Stabæk) for her 'never-give-up-attitude', her brilliant view of the game, her way of encouraging and demanding at the same time, and her happy face.

Toughest opponent? Abby Wambach. She always gives 100% effort, she has given me several black eyes and she has scored goals when I thought I 'had her'.

What are your memories of your first club as a child? I have a lot of good memories from Stensballe IK, where I played as a child. I remember how my coach Verner Sørensen did everything for us to have great experiences in football in Denmark, in Europe and in the US. He was the most passionate person, and he still is. I owe him alot.

What tip would you give a young player hoping to succeed? Train hard and train with quality, there is no shortcut to becoming the best. Always want more, and have fun – it is your passion for the game, that makes you a great footballer.
