Polish champions Wisla Kraków have continued to strengthen their squad ahead of their UEFA Champions League campaign by signing Tomasz Dawidowski from KS Amica Wronki.
Five-year contract
The 26-year-old forward, who has ten international caps and one goal for Poland, passed a medical on Friday and put pen to paper on a five-year contract.
'Very pleased'
"I am very pleased. I hope I will perform well at Wisla. Time will tell whether Wisla have made a good move," said Dawidowski, who is the club's second big acquisition of the summer after left-sided winger and international Marek Zienczuk also arrived from Amica.
Baszczynski extension
Meanwhile, another of Wisla's Polish internationals, defender Marcin Baszczynski, has extended his contract with the club until June 2009. Wisla start their Champions League campaign in the second qualifying round.
