UEFA has announced that an agreement has been reached with Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. – the multinational automotive manufacturer which has its headquarters in Yokohama, Japan – to become an Official Partner of the UEFA Champions League for the period between 2014/15 and 2017/18, which will see Nissan involved with Europe's most prestigious club football competition through its exclusive products and services. The agreement also includes the UEFA Super Cups in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.

We feel that the partnership will provide a great deal of innovation and excitement across all markets worldwide, and we are convinced that Nissan can use the platform that the UEFA Champions League offers to further build on their current success."

Nissan joins Heineken as the second Official Partner of the UEFA Champions League for the 2015–18 period alongside adidas, which is the Official Supplier.
The worldwide sales of all UEFA club competition rights will be carried out by TEAM Marketing on UEFA's behalf. UEFA Events is a wholly owned subsidiary of UEFA, created to manage and handle the European football governing body's commercial and event operations.
TEAM Marketing is the exclusive marketing agency of UEFA for the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Super Cup.
