Montella to start
Völler said: "We spoke yesterday. It's normal when such things happen. Everybody saw he made a mistake." Vincenzo Montella, who scored in the 1-0 win against Fiorentina, is now expected to start against the Ukrainian champions.
Club statement
A statement from Roma said: "After training this morning, Antonio Cassano left the training ground with the permission of the club and the coach after not being included in the list of players for tonight's game."
