The return of the UEFA Champions League is the cue for Fantasy to resume this week – and a brand-new game means even more exciting prizes to be won.

Play Fantasy: The Knockouts

The launch of the knockout rounds will feature a new game called Fantasy: The Knockouts, with the player who scores the most points in the knockout phase – comprising the round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals and final – winning a PS4 and a PS Vita.

The new game enables even those players who have slipped out of overall contention during the group stage to revive their season with a strong performance in the knockout phase. The scoring remains the same; while for the round of 16 – as in the group stage – you can choose a maximum of three players from one club.

Cristiano Ronaldo was the undisputed star of the group action, with a bumper 65 points from 11 goals and three assists – but the Portugal captain will set you back 15.0 from your 100.0 budget. You may decide Bayern München's Robert Lewandowski (38 points, price 12.5) or Barcelona ace Luis Suárez (36 points, price 13.0) are a more reasonably priced bet to spearhead your attack. Alternatively, Lionel Messi has only 20 points to his name having missed most of the group stage through injury – though surely he'll be back among the goals in the knockouts?

Whoever you pick, remember you can make unlimited changes to your 15-man squad before the 20.45 deadline on 16 February – and keep an eye on UEFA.com for the latest team news. Then plot your way to glory in Fantasy: The Knockouts!
