Another Costa Rican joins AEK

AEK Athens FC have strengthened their squad by signing Costa Rican international Walter Centeno.

AEK Athens FC have further strengthened their squad ahead of their UEFA Champions League campaign by signing Costa Rican international Walter Centeno.

International record
At AEK the 28-year-old attacking midfield player will team up with his international team-mate Mauricio Wright, who signed for the Greek club at the weekend. Centeno, who signed from Costa Rican side Saprissa, has won 53 caps and scored six goals for his country and has signed a 5-year-contract with the Greek club.

Defender departs
Meanwhile AEK owner Chrisostomos Psomiadis also revealed today that today that the central defender Rodrigo Ramos Feruzem has left the club.
