Kaká earns Milan reward

Brazilian international Kaká has agreed a one-year extension to his AC Milan contract in the wake of Tuesday's virtuoso display in the UEFA Champions League.

Brazilian international Kaká has agreed a one-year contract extension with AC Milan, committing him to the Rossoneri until June 2010.

Fenerbahçe victory
The 23-year-old attacking midfielder, who scored two fine goals to help Milan defeat Fenerbahçe SK 3-1 in their opening UEFA Champions League Group E game, joined the club from São Paulo FC for €8.5m in June 2003.

Milan honours
A member of Brazil's 2002 FIFA World Cup-winning squad, he has scored 18 Serie A and eight European goals for Milan, winning the 2003/04 Italian title and reaching the final of last season's Champions League.
