Zanetti to miss Champions League ties

The FC Internazionale Milano midfield player Cristiano Zanetti will be out of action for at least a month after injuring his left thigh.

On the sidelines
The 28-year-old, who is in his fifth season with the Nerazzurri, played in Inter's 1-0 victory at FC Artmedia Bratislava in UEFA Champions League Group H, but will now miss the forthcoming fixtures against Rangers FC and FC Porto on 28 September and 19 October respectively.
