Kezman keeps a cool head

The goals will come for PSV Eindhoven in the UEFA Champions League, striker Mateja Kezman insisted ahead of tonight's Group A meeting with BV Borussia Dortmund.

'I don't worry'
PSV have been scoreless in the competition so far but Kezman, their €12.3m Yugoslavian international, insisted there was no reason to worry so long as Guus Hiddink's men were creating chances. "I don't worry about it," Kezman told uefa.com. "Last week versus Arsenal [FC] I had three chances in the first half, so creating chances is not the problem."

Tough group
PSV lost 4-0 at home to Arsenal last week, following their 0-0 draw at AJ Auxerre on Matchday One. With just one point to their name, tonight's home match against Dortmund is one PSV must win to get back into contention in what Kezman considers a fiercely competitive group. "When you consider the group we are in it's obvious that all teams are in a great shape at the moment," he said. "Arsenal, Auxerre and PSV are top of the table in their domestic league, while Borussia Dortmund are third in Germany."

Hiddink's way
Kezman believes PSV, who lead the Eredivisie with maximum points from six matches, have improved already since Guus Hiddink returned to the club in the summer. "Last season we didn't play well as team because we never performed with the same lineup as the week before," he said. "Now with Hiddink it's all clear and most of the guys know what they can expect."

Room for improvement
However, the 23-year-old, who scored twice in the Champions League last season, admitted his own form could improve. "I have to be more relaxed when I'm in scoring positions," he said.

President condemns racist fans
Meanwhile, PSV president Harry van Raaij has condemned the behaviour of some spectators at last week's Champions League match against Arsenal FC, when visiting striker Thierry Henry was subject to racist abuse. "We have started our own investigation and studied the videotape of the match," said Van Raaij.

Three arrested
"We also questioned some people of the stand in question, and last Saturday we already arrested three people, who will be banned from the stadium. I didn't notice it at all during the match, and not a single newspaper in Holland mentioned it the day after the match. But I think it's misbehaviour by a minor group of people and we will do everything to avoid these incidents.

'Crowd provoked'
"I heard also from people inside the club that some players were provoking our crowd, and that is also something that shouldn't happen. We will try everything to create a great atmosphere, but we can't guard every spectator in our stadium."
