The Hungarian Football Federation has arranged a friendly fixture for its national team against Moldova in Budapest on 20 November.
Second meeting
This will be the second meeting between the two countries this year, Hungary having won the previous game 2-0 in Chisinau - goals from Norbet Toth and Krizstiàn Kenesei spoiling Moldova coach Viktor Pasulko's first game in charge.
Preparation for qualifiers
The friendly will help both teams' preparations for their next EURO 2004™ qualifiers. Moldova have lost both their Group Three games 2-0 so far against Austria and Czech Republic and are due to face Belarus on 29 March 2003 in their next qualifier.
Poland next
Hungary are the co-leaders in Group 4 after beating San Marino 3-0, and holding Sweden to a 1-1 draw in Stockholm. They play Poland away from home on 29 March next year.
