Article body
English defender Lee Naylor is to follow Kenny Miller from Wolverhampton Wanderers FC to Celtic FC as the Scottish title-holders continue to strengthen ahead of their UEFA Champions League campaign.
European lure
Naylor will join the Glasgow outfit in a deal worth €885,000 subject to passing a medical, with Scottish Under-21 international Charlie Mulgrew heading in the opposite direction. The 26-year-old left-back departs Molineux after making 293 league appearances in a decade at the club, having found the lure of UEFA Champions League football too great. "Lee made it clear he wouldn't sign a new contract," said Wolves chief executive Jez Moxey. "Faced with that situation the club reluctantly decided to agree to his request to join Celtic."
