Mido doubt for Dinamo decider

Tottenham Hotspur FC striker Mido could miss the London club's last UEFA Cup group stage game against FC Dinamo 1948 Bucuresti after suffering a groin injury.

Tottenham Hotspur FC striker Mido could miss the London club's last UEFA Cup group stage game against FC Dinamo 1948 Bucuresti after suffering a groin injury.

'Little tear'
The 23-year-old Egyptian international was ruled out of yesterday's 3-1 English Premiership win against Wigan Athletic FC and is unlikely to return for a fortnight, making him a doubt for the visit of the Romanian league leaders on 14 December. Tottenham manager Martin Jol said: "Mido has a little tear in his groin and that's why he wasn't fit for selection. He could be out for a couple of weeks." Tottenham are already through from Group B with three victories, and sit out Matchday 4 this week. If Dinamo defeat Bayer 04 Leverkusen on Wednesday they can still deny Spurs first place with a success at White Hart Lane.
