The former Switzerland and Finland coach talks tactics.

Roy Hodgson explains the advantages of the 4-4-2 system, a formation which he feels ensures coverage across the defensive line better than any other. Hodgson also discusses the need for a midfield which strikes the right balance between defence and attack.
