Legear confirms Anderlecht allegiance

Belgian Under-21 international winger Jonathan Legear has signed a new deal with RSC Anderlecht, committing to the Eerste Klasse champions until 2012.

Highly-rated winger Jonathan Legear has signed improved terms with RSC Anderlecht, committing to the Eerste Klasse champions until 2012.

Feted youngster
The Belgian Under-21 international has been an integral member of Frank Vercauteren's team this season, making 14 league appearances as well as three more in the UEFA Cup as Anderlecht booked a last-32 meeting with FC Girondins de Bordeaux. This has been enough to convince the Brussels club to offer a better deal, adding another year to the contract of the 20-year-old, who has been feted ever since his debut against KV Oostende in September 2004.
