Getafe get their man in Granero

Esteban Granero has made his move to Getafe CF permanent after agreeing to leave Real Madrid CF for an undisclosed fee. The 21-year-old midfielder spent last season on loan at the Coliseum Alfonso Pérez where he made 27 Primera División appearances while also enjoying a run to the UEFA Cup quarter-finals. Granero - part of Spain's 2006 UEFA Under-19 Championship winning squad - signed a five-year deal with the suburban side which includes a buy-back clause.
