Forty teams await UEFA Cup draw

The UEFA Cup group stage draw will take place at 12.00CET today with AC Milan, AFC Ajax, Sevilla FC, SL Benfica and Tottenham Hotspur FC among the names in the five seeding pots waiting to discover their fate.

The five seeded pots have been decided for Tuesday's UEFA Cup draw, with AC Milan, AFC Ajax, Sevilla FC and Tottenham Hotspur FC among the big names waiting discover their fate in the 40-team group stage.

Coefficient rankings
One team from each pot will be allocated to each of the eight groups during the draw, which will take place at UEFA headquarters in Nyon from 12.00CET on Tuesday. The 40 participants will form eight groups of five, with each side playing two home and two away matches. Clubs from the same national association will not be drawn in the same group. The draw ceremony will be conducted by David Taylor, General Secretary of UEFA, and Can Bartu, the ambassador to this season's final in Istanbul. It will be broadcast live on Eurosport and uefa.com.
