Mamadou Niang has signed improved terms with Olympique de Marseille, a two-year extension tying him to the UEFA Champions League group-stage hopefuls until summer 2014. The 29-year-old Senegalese international striker has scored 55 goals in 123 Ligue 1 appearances since joining Marseille from RC Strasbourg in 2005.
