More to come from centurion Messi

Published: Sunday 17 January 2010, 20.44CET
Lionel Messi admitted that scoring his 100th goal for FC Barcelona felt "liberating" but added that he is hungry to "achieve even more". The Argentinian struck twice in Saturday's 4-0 victory over Sevilla FC to become the youngest Barça player to reach the milestone, while also helping his team increase their Liga lead over Real Madrid CF. "A five-point lead is an important advantage, but we know there's a long way to go," he said.
