The well-travelled Scot discusses how coaching trends differ all over the world.

Stuart Baxter has enjoyed a coaching career that has taken him all over the world, in countries ranging from South Africa and Japan to Portugal and most recently Finland. He tells the Training Ground how coaching trends differ in these countries as well as revealing how coaching soldiers played a part in his development and what he learnt from working alongisde Roy Hodgson.
