UEFA Regions' Cup regulations laid down

The regulations for the tenth UEFA Regions' Cup have been laid down, with qualifying for the 2014/15 edition of Europe's top amateur competition set to begin in June.

The regulations for the tenth edition of the UEFA Regions' Cup, the world's top competition for amateur footballers, are available online here, with qualifying to begin with the first preliminary round fixtures in June.

Perhaps the least celebrated of UEFA's tournaments, the UEFA Regions' Cup provides a stage for players who have never operated at any professional level, giving a chance for those who turn out for love, not money, to test themselves against their international peers. The June finals in Veneto once more underlined the breadth of talent that exists below the professional radar, and celebrated football's ability to bring nations together.

The 2015 final tournament will be hosted by one of the eight regional teams who successfully negotiate their way through the intermediary round.
