The draw for the eighth UEFA Regions' Cup final tournament involved eight teams. Host region Veneto were placed as team one in Group A and the other seven sides were picked out without further seeding. The order of the teams drawn was B1, A2, B2, A3, B3, A4 and B4. The final tournament will be played in Veneto, Italy, from 22 to 29 June.
