Domestic honours: Italian Women's Serie A (3), Women's Coppa Italia (2)
Which player most inspired you and why? I was never inspired by any particular player, male or female. I follow football generally because I like observing the players and their movements on the field so that I can learn from them and improve myself.
What was the best advice you have been given? I have received lots of advice, but there is not one thing which stands out. I believe that all advice should be listened to, without getting too fixated on other people's opinions.
Best player you've played with? Patrizia Panico.
Toughest opponent? Lyon.
What are your memories of your first club as a child? My first club was ACF Lucca when I was 16 and I played the youth tournaments with them, and then in Serie B and Serie A. Before I was 16, I played with my friends, but I did not play for a club.
What tip would you give a young player hoping to succeed? I would advise young players to take good care of their physical and technical training and to try to overcome the difficulties which often come with this sport. In addition to this, never forget that this is a game and it needs to be played as such.
