Thomas Kraft

Clubs: FC Bayern München

• A member of Bayern's reserve team since the beginning of the 2006/07 campaign, Kraft was a regular for the second XI until summer 2010, when he was made No2 following the departure of Michael Rensing.

• Made his first-team debut in the 2-0 German Super Cup win against FC Schalke 04 on 7 August 2010 before dropping back down to the reserves until he was given his UEFA Champions League debut away to AS Roma on Matchday 5.

• Despite a 3-2 defeat in Rome, he impressed sufficiently enough to keep his place for the final group game – a 3-0 home victory against FC Basel 1893.

• Enjoyed an eventful Bundesliga debut on 15 January 2011 having replaced Hans-Jörg Butt as the club's No1 during the winter break, setting up Bayern's opener at VfL Wolfsburg with a long goal kick and brilliantly stopping Grafite's penalty before being beaten late on in a 1-1 draw.
