Dame N'Doye

Clubs: ASC Jeanne d'Arc, Sadd Sports Club, A. Académica de Coimbra, Panathinaikos FC, OFI Crete FC, FC København

• N'Doye launched his career in his native Senegal with Dakar club Jeanne d'Arc before moving to Qatar, where he had one season with Al-Sadd of Doha.

• Moved to Europe in the summer of 2006 when he joined Portuguese outfit Académica; did enough to earn a subsequent transfer to Greek giants Panathinaikos.

• Made little impact for the Greens but did score his first league goal for the club in a 1-1 draw at arch-rivals Olympiacos FC; enjoyed better fortune at OFI Crete, registering seven goals in 15 games before signing a four-and-a-half-year contract with København in January 2009.

• Hit 14 Superligaen goals in his first full season as FCK won the title and maintained his prolific scoring run in the first half of 2010/11 with another 13 strikes.

• Helped FCK reach the 2010/11 UEFA Champions League group stage, then scored the winner on Matchday 1 against FC Rubin Kazan (1-0) and another away to Panathinaikos (2-0) two weeks later.
