How to apply?

Our recruitment process
Should you be successful all the way through our recruitment process, we will take you from your initial application to a formal offer in about six weeks:
- Online application form completed and submitted by you.
- Application carefully reviewed by our recruitment team.
- Online assessment; you will receive instructions by e-mail.
- Phone interview (optional), lasting about 30 minutes, based on key skills for the role you applied for, often conducted in English.
- Face-to-face interview, with the recruiter and the hiring manager, usually happen in Nyon, Switzerland, at UEFA headquarters.
- Referencing; all our offers are subject to satisfactory pre-employment references.
Unsuccessful applicants will be notified:
- Within 4 weeks of submitting their application
- Within 1 week of a phone interview
- Within 1 week of a face-to-face interview

Your CV

- Your CV should be provided as an attachment and in English only.
- A good CV should never be more than two or three pages.
- Upload your CV as the very first step of the application process.
Your application form highlights your skills and your overall value as a potential future employee. Please remember:
- Answer in English only.
- Some fields (marked in red) are mandatory. Complete all of them.
- Relevant skills, experience and training are vital in deciding who gets a job. Make sure that yours are clearly listed.
The interview
Your interview is a chance for us to see if you have the drive and professionalism we are looking for at UEFA.
- You should be ready to give real examples, work-related or not.
- Do some background research on UEFA, and our business.
- This is a two-way process. Feel free to ask questions!
