Club Competitions Committee

Committee profile

The Club Competitions Committee is composed of a chairman, a deputy chairman, a first, second and third vice-chairman (two vice-chairmen are elected by the European Club Association (ECA)), as well as nine ordinary members (five of whom are elected by the ECA).
The Club Competitions Committee:
a) exchanges views on the current UEFA club competitions;
b) draws up recommendations regarding possible modifications to the existing UEFA club competitions and to the regulations governing these competitions;
c) assists in the process of selecting the venues for the UEFA club competitions finals;
d) sets scheduling principles in case of clashes of stadiums and/or cities;
e) proposes models for the distribution of club competition revenues;
f) monitors the preparation and completion of the various phases of the
competitions;
g) assists in defining the draw principles and monitors the preparation and conducting of draws.
