UEFA's Organs for the Administration of Justice are:
1. the Control and Disciplinary Body
2. the Appeals Body
3. the Disciplinary Inspector
Members of the Organs for the Administration of Justice may not belong to the Executive Committee or to any other committee of UEFA.
The chairmen and members of the Organs for the Administration of Justice are elected by the Executive Committee (from candidates proposed by the member associations) for a term of four years.
The jurisdiction and proceedings of the Organs for the Administration of Justice is governed by the Disciplinary Regulations as is in force from time to time.
Control and Disciplinary Body
The Control and Disciplinary Body consists of a chairman and nine members. It elects three vice-chairmen from among its members. As a general rule, the Control and Disciplinary Body reaches decisions in the presence of all members. Three members constitutes a quorum. Exceptions are governed by the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations, which may provide for a judge sitting alone in special cases.
Appeals Body
The Appeals Body consists of a chairman, two vice-chairmen and nine members. It has a quorum of three members. Exceptions are governed by the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations, which may also empower the chairman or one of the vice-chairmen, sitting alone, to take a decision in writing on appeals which are obviously inadmissible, founded or unfounded. The Appeals Body has jurisdiction to hear appeals against decisions of the Control and Disciplinary Body pursuant to the Disciplinary Regulations in force from time to time.
Disciplinary inspector
The Disciplinary Inspector – appointed by the Executive Committee – represents UEFA in UEFA disciplinary proceedings. They may open disciplinary proceedings, lodge appeals and cross-appeals, and be commissioned to conduct investigations.
