
UEFA today announced an exclusive agreement with Globo TV for the broadcasting rights of UEFA EURO 2012™ in Brazil. The deal will ensure extensive free-to-air coverage during the tournament via live broadcasts of 23 matches and daily highlights on TV Bandeirantes and Globo TV.
Comprehensive coverage
In parallel, there will be comprehensive coverage of UEFA EURO 2012 on pay television where all 31 matches will be broadcast live on the channel Sport TV. Daily highlights, reruns of the matches, magazine shows and other support programmes will complement the offering on Sport TV. In addition, broadcasts of games will be made available via internet and mobile.
