KISS preparing for progress

KISS

Education is one of the three pillars of UEFA's HatTrick assistance programme.

One of the three pillars of UEFA's HatTrick programme to assist national associations is education. A programme was set up by mid-2005 to enable the member associations to cope with current challenges resulting from social and economic developments in the football environment.

New practices
The philosophy behind the programme is knowledge-sharing. But knowledge-sharing is more than just exchanging ideas. It aims at allowing associations to efficiently implement new practices to manage football. Developing new practices among associations requires a clear and well structured set of actions, which unfold overtime in what we call a scenario. Therefore, the programme is called KISS which stands for Knowledge & Information Sharing Scenario.
