UEFA Appeals Body decision in Sigma case

The UEFA Appeals Body has confirmed in a decision taken last Wednesday that Czech club SK Sigma Olomouc are not admitted to the 2012/13 UEFA Europa League.

On Wednesday 20 June, the UEFA Appeals Body issued a decision in the case of Czech club SK Sigma Olomouc.

The Appeals Body confirmed that the club is not admitted to the 2012/13 UEFA Europa League. No further disciplinary action is being taken. The case relates to match-fixing charges against the club in the Czech League, for which it had nine points deducted and was fined in 2011.
