The rescheduled UEFA Champions League first group stage Group B match between FC Spartak Moskva and FC Basel will now be played at the Dinamo stadium in Moscow on Tuesday 5 November at 20.00 local time, or 18.00 CET.
Brought forward by 24 hours
The fixture, postponed from this coming Wednesday, was originally rearranged for Wednesday 6 November, but has been brought forward by 24 hours for domestic fixture-related reasons, after consultations between UEFA and the respective clubs, national associations and leagues.
Mark of respect
UEFA decided on Sunday to postpone the match until next week as a mark of respect for the victims of last week's siege at a theatre in Moscow. More than 100 theatre-goers died in the siege in which hundreds of people were held hostage by Chechen rebels. The siege ended on Saturday morning.
