
UEFA announced today the award of the 2012-15 UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League media rights in Japan to SKY PerfecTV!.
SKY PerfecTV! will deliver extensive coverage of both club competitions. The broadcaster will show at least four live and four delayed UEFA Champions League matches per matchweek and at least one live and one delayed UEFA Europa League match per matchweek. In addition, a highlights programme for each competition will be broadcast every matchweek. The agreement also ensures that weekly highlights programmes as well as full broadcast of the final stage of both competitions are available on free-to-air television.
SKY PerfecTV! will also exploit its rights to both competitions on the internet via www.skyperfectv.co.jp and on mobile.
