2012-15 UEFA Europa League media rights deal announced in Portugal

051 -  SIC awarded certain media rights

UEFA announced today the award of certain 2012-15 UEFA Europa League media rights in Portugal to SIC.

Commercial free-to-air broadcaster SIC has been granted the right to broadcast the best live match each matchweek. A highlights programme wrap-up of the matchnight’s action will follow SIC’s live match transmission.

All rights have been granted on a platform-neutral basis with the rights being exploited on television, on the internet via www.sic.sapo.pt, and on mobile.

This announcement concludes the sale of the 2012-15 UEFA Europa League media rights in Portugal, SporTV having previously acquired the remaining matches and highlights.
