
Saint Petersburg will play host to the next meeting of the UEFA Executive Committee on Monday 1 October 2012. The meeting, which will take place at Grand Hotel Europe, Mikhailovskaya Ulitsa 1/7, Nevsky Prospekt, shall start at 09.00 local time and is scheduled to end at 17.00 local time (15.00CET). It will be followed by a press conference which will be streamed live on UEFA.com.
The main points on the agenda include:
• Update on the centralisation of media rights for the European qualifiers 2016 and 2018
• Approval of regulations for the 2013-15 UEFA Under-21 European Championship
• Approval of new members to the UEFA Grassroots Convention
• Approval of new members to the Coaching Convention
Russian media representatives wishing to attend the post-meeting press conference must apply for accreditation by emailing accreditation@rfs.ru no later than Thursday 27 September midday.
International media representatives wishing to attend the post-meeting press conference must apply for accreditation by emailing fame_accreditations@uefa.ch no later than Thursday 27 September midday.
Photographers and cameramen will be given the opportunity to take pictures and/or film the opening moments of the meeting on 1 October at 09.00 local time. The request to attend these opening minutes must be made at the time of requesting accreditation, and only duly accredited media will be granted such an opportunity.
The last meeting of the UEFA Executive Committee in this calendar year is scheduled to take place at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland on 6-7 December 2012.
