Emmanuel Adebayor could miss Arsenal FC's next two UEFA Champions League games after picking up a thigh injury in an English League Cup game on Tuesday.

Thigh problem
The Togolese forward lasted just 23 minutes of Arsenal's 2-0 win at West Bromwich Albion FC before being replaced by Armand Traoré. Manager Arsène Wenger said: "It doesn't look too good. He will miss [the Premiership game against] Everton [FC] and maybe more. This type of injury usually takes 21 days [to recover]." If that is the case, Adebayor will miss next week's Matchday 4 visit of PFC CSKA Moskva and the Matchday 5 home game against Hamburger SV.
