The Dutch coach has signed 17-year-old Brazilian forward Jonathan Reis on a five-year contract from CA Mineiro, after a successful trial. "He has already convincinced us of his skills and may have the potential to establish himself as a key player in the future," Koeman said. Reis will be the fourth Brazilian player in the first-team squad, besides Heurelho Gomes, Alex and Diego Tardelli. Robert, another Brazilian, is on loan with Real Betis Balompié and will return to Eindhoven in the summer.

Beerens out
Meanwhile, the 19-year-old attacker Roy Beerens has left the Eindhoven side for a six-month loan at Eredivisie rivals NEC Nijmegen. The left-sided player appeared in seven league and two UEFA Champions League matches this season, and hopes to get more playing time. 'I want to become stronger, more complete and get experience," he said. "Next year I will return as a stronger player." PSV welcome Arsenal to Eindhoven on 20 February before the return trip to London on 7 March.
