Matchday Live presenter Rob Daly previews the final group stage shows of 2013/14 and asks for your UEFA Champions League highlights of the calendar year.

With eight spots in the UEFA Champions League round of 16 still available, this week's Matchday Live shows are the perfect place to keep up with every game.

On Tuesday we will hear from Paul Pogba and Fernando Llorente ahead of full match commentary of Juventus's Group B trip to Galatasaray AŞ. The Turkish side need a victory to reach the next stage, with the visitors to Istanbul knowing a point will suffice. We also have updates from Lisbon as SL Benfica aim to beat Group C winners Paris Saint-Germain. The 2013 UEFA Europa League runners-up will also hope RSC Anderlecht can take points off Olympiacos FC to give them a chance of qualifying.

In addition, we carry an interview with Laurent Koscielny before Arsenal FC's mission to SSC Napoli, which will be our feature commentary on Wednesday. The Gunners are on the brink of qualification from Group F, with the Partenopei struggling to catch Borussia Dortmund. Meanwhile, it is a straight shoot-out for a place in the knockout phase in Group E, where FC Schalke 04 welcome FC Basel 1893 – we will bring regular updates from Gelsenkirchen.

Moreover, as 2013 draws to a close, we want your best UEFA Champions League moments of the calendar year. How about Robert Lewandowski's sensational third goal of four for Dortmund against Real Madrid CF in the 2012/13 semi-finals? Or perhaps Arjen Robben's Wembley winner for FC Bayern München in May?

There are many more moments to choose from this season's group stage. Perhaps Galatasaray's late equaliser against Juventus in Roberto Mancini's first game in charge; Zlatan Ibrahimović striking four times in a sensational solo display against Anderlecht; or Basel's Mohamed Salah getting the winning goal against Chelsea FC. Let us know your favourite UEFA Champions League moments of 2013 using #matchdaylive.

This week we also hear from Neymar, Nicolas Lombaerts, Thibaut Courtois, Arsène Wenger and Diego Simeone. European football experts Andy Brassell (Tuesday) and Paul Saffer (Wednesday) will be joining our panel, with coverage beginning at 19.30CET via the UEFA.com MatchCentre.
