Olić revels in 'game of my life'

Published: Tuesday 27 April 2010, 22.46CET
Ivica Olić described the 3-0 UEFA Champions League semi-final second-leg win at Olympique Lyonnais in which he scored a hat-trick as "the match of my life". "I didn't believe we could win this way," said the Croatia forward, whose team progressed to the Madrid showpiece on 22 May 4-0 on aggregate. "Scoring three goals in such a game is outstanding. We played very well and now we are in the final. I thought the game against Manchester United was the match of my life but this one was even better, the team made it easy for me."
