Philipp Lahm admitted FC Bayern München had paid the price for a lack of adventure in their UEFA Champions League final defeat by FC Internazionale Milano. "We were too scared in the first half, we did not play bravely like we have done in the past few weeks," the right-back said. "This is very bitter for us. We had so much resolve but we could not take it on to the pitch. We created a couple of chances but didn't take them. Our disappointment is huge. You don't play in a final like this every year."
