Dutch champions FC Twente have announced the signings of Roberto Rosales and Nacer Chadli while Ronnie Stam has left De Tukkers to join English side Wigan Athletic FC.
The 21-year-old Rosales arrives from KAA Gent for an undisclosed fee after penning a three-season deal with an option for another year. Capped 14 times by Venezuela, the right-sided player will be reunited in Enschede with boss Michel Preud'homme, Gent coach from 2008 to 2010, after scoring five times in 72 league appearance for the Belgian team.
Attacking midfielder Chadli, 22, comes in from Dutch second-tier outfit AGOVV Apeldoorn, where he registered 28 goals in three campaigns. Recruited for an undisclosed fee, he has agreed a three-year contract at De Grolsch Veste.
Defender Stam played 57 Eredivisie matches for Twente in two seasons following a long spell at NAC Breda but the 26-year-old now misses the chance to participate in this term's UEFA Champions League, which Twente join at the group stage.
