LOSC Lille Métropole have announced their first signing of the summer, striker Ronny Rodelin joining the Ligue 1 champions from second-tier FC Nantes on a four-year contract.
Striker Ronny Rodelin has signed a four-year deal with LOSC Lille Métropole to become the Ligue 1 champions' first signing of the summer.
Rodelin, who scored five goals in 15 Ligue 2 games for FC Nantes last season, has never played in the French top flight. No transfer fee has been disclosed by Lille, who won a league and cup double last term, their first since 1946. "I know that I will be in the right environment to prove myself," said Rodelin, 21.
Lille will go straight into the 2011/12 UEFA Champions League group stage.
