RC Deportivo La Coruña will be without Jorge Andrade for the UEFA Champions League semi-final second leg against FC Porto after UEFA ruled that his red card in the first match would stand.

No appeal allowed
Jorge Andrade, a Portuguese international and former Porto player, was sent off in the closing minutes of the 0-0 first-leg draw last week after aiming a kick at Deco. Deportivo wanted to contest the decision by referee Markus Merk but it was confirmed that he must serve his one-match ban after UEFA explained that an appeal could not even be considered as its regulations do not allow for appeals against one-match suspensions.
