UEFA Champions League statistics
• Rolando is available after serving a one-game ban on matchday one following his dismissal in February's 4-0 UEFA Europa League round of 32 second leg defeat by Manchester City FC.

• Porto are one of six teams who did not collect a yellow card in their first group match.

• Lucho González made his 50th UEFA Champions League appearance – and scored – in the 2-0 win at GNK Dinamo Zagreb on matchday one, despite his father passing away earlier in the day.

• Lucho has now scored in all eight seasons he has appeared in the UEFA Champions League – five with Porto and three with Olympique de Marseille.

• Steven Defour's goal against Dinamo was his first in UEFA club competition.

• Eliaquim Mangala captained France Under-21s in a 4-0 friendly win against Chile on 10 September, three days after their 100% UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualifying record ended with a 2-1 loss in Slovakia. They face Norway in the play-offs on 12 and 16 October.

• Porto won their 19th Portuguese Super Cup on 11 August, Jackson Martínez's last-minute goal earning a 1-0 victory against Portuguese Cup holders A. Académica de Coimbra in Aveiro.

• Silvestre Varela signed a new contract on 6 September, tying him to the club until June 2016.


UEFA Champions League statistics
• Zlatan Ibrahimović's goal on matchday one made him the first player to score for six different clubs in the UEFA Champions League. The Sweden captain had previously found the net for AFC Ajax, Juventus, FC Internazionale Milano, FC Barcelona and AC Milan.

• PSG's four goals on matchday one were more than any other club.

• Thiago Silva, who became the most expensive Ligue 1 import of all time when he joined from AC Milan for €42m in July, scored on his PSG debut against FC Dynamo Kyiv on matchday one.

• PSG have conceded 46 UEFA Champions League goals, group stage to final.
