UEFA milestones and competition statistics
• CSKA have conceded at least two goals in each of their four Group D matches and have not kept a clean sheet in eight UEFA Champions League games, since a 0-0 draw at Trabzonspor AŞ on 2 November 2011.

• CSKA and FC Viktoria Plzeň have each conceded 12 goals, more than any other team ahead of matchday five.

General information
• Seydou Doumbia scored the only goal at home to FC Spartak Moskva on Saturday, his seventh strike in five outings.

• Mário Fernandes started on Saturday, his first appearance of the season following a knee problem. Alan Dzagoev (hamstring, 14 September) and Aleksandrs Cauņa (broken toe, 22 September) have both been sidelined.

• Zoran Tošić has scored six goals in as many games for CSKA, and eight in 12 for club and country having previously gone 35 matches without a goal. He scored his first hat-trick in a 5-1 triumph over FC Krasnodar on 27 October.

• CSKA managed 20 points from their opening eight Premier Liga fixtures, their best start to a campaign this century.

International duty
• Seven CSKA players were called up for senior duty during the international break: Igor Akinfeev, Sergei Ignashevich (Russia), Tošić (Serbia), Rasmus Elm, Pontus Wernbloom (Sweden), Keisuke Honda (Japan), Ahmed Musa (Nigeria).

• Honda was on target for Japan in friendlies against the Netherlands (2-2) and Belgium (3-2 win).


UEFA milestones and competition statistics
• Bayern have won nine UEFA Champions League games in a row, equalling FC Barcelona's competition record of successive victories set between 18/09/2002 and 18/02/2003.

• Bayern have conceded just once in Group D, and have the best defensive record in the competition.

General information
• Bayern won 3-0 at Borussia Dortmund on Saturday and are now 25 games unbeaten away from home in the Bundesliga (W21 D4), just one shy of their German top-flight record set between December 1985 and August 1987.

• Franck Ribéry suffered a fractured rib on international duty and missed the Dortmund victory. Thiago Alcántara, out since suffering ankle ligament damage on his first Bayern start on 24 August, came on as a substitute on Saturday.

• Josep Guardiola's team have a record 35 points from the opening 13 rounds of the Bundesliga.

• Bayern are unbeaten in a club best 38 top-flight outings, surpassing Hamburger SV's Bundesliga record of 36 set between 1982 and 1983. Bayern have won all 15 of their Bundesliga home games in 2013.

• Xherdan Shaqiri (since 11 October, hamstring) and Claudio Pizarro (24 October, thigh) have both been sidelined while Bastian Schweinsteiger had ankle surgery on 13 November and has been ruled out until the new year.

• Ribéry has not been on the losing side in the Bundesliga in 41 games (since a 1-0 defeat at Borussia Dortmund on 11 April 2012), surpassing the German top-flight record of 38 set by Holger Hieronymus at Hamburg in the early 1980s. Ribéry missed Bayern's only league defeat last term with a thigh problem.

• Bayern have registered in each of their last 37 matches in all competitions. They have scored in their last 50 league games, a Bundesliga record.

• FCB won 46 of their 54 fixtures in all competitions last season; they have won 17 out of 21 this.

International duty
• Thirteen Bayern players were called up for senior duty during the international break: Manuel Neuer, Philipp Lahm, Boateng, Toni Kroos, Mario Götze, Thomas Müller (Germany), Ribéry (France), Mario Mandžukić (Croatia), Dante (Brazil), Javi Martínez (Spain), David Alaba (Austria), Arjen Robben (Netherlands), Daniel Van Buyten (Belgium).

• Mandžukić scored and was sent off as Croatia beat Iceland 2-0 in the second leg and on aggregate in their FIFA World Cup play-off, while Ribéry helped France overcome a 2-0 first-leg deficit against Ukraine to qualify.

• Dante scored his first goal of the season as Brazil beat Honduras 5-0 in a friendly in Miami on 15 November.
