Ultimate Champions' competition terms and conditions

UEFA CHAMPIONS FESTIVAL ULTIMATE CHAMPIONS’ COMPETITION RULES

1. By participating in the Ultimate Champions' competition ("Competition") you agree to be subject to the rules set out herein as well as UEFA's general terms and conditions and privacy policy (details of which can be found at: www.uefa.com). UEFA reserves the right, at its discretion, to exclude entrants and/or any winner if he/she does not comply with any of these terms and conditions.

2. The Competition runs from 18:00 GMT on 29th May 2015 until midnight on 2nd June 2015.

3. To enter the Competition you must be a 16 years of age or older. Entries can be made by either: (i) sending a 30-second video of yourself playing football to ultimatechampion@uefa.ch, highlighting why you should be chosen; or ii) uploading a video to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter using the hashtag #UltimateChampion.

4. Where entrants enter via a social media platform, entrants acknowledge that they shall be subject to the relevant platform's terms and conditions.

5. There is no charge or purchase necessary for participating in the Competition (although the usual charges for using the internet or your mobile will still apply, for which you shall be responsible). Entry is precluded for employees of UEFA or their associated companies, their families or any other persons connected with such employees or with the Competition.

6. Any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions shall be invalid. UEFA will not be liable for any entries which are not received or corrupted for any reason.

7. One prize winner shall be selected by UEFA who shall win the opportunity to participate in the UEFA "Ultimate Champions' match" currently scheduled to take place at the Olypiastadion, Berlin, Germany on 5 June 2015 as part of the UEFA Champions Festival for the UEFA Champions League Final 2015.

8. UEFA shall contact the winner via the relevant social media platform or return email (as applicable). In the event that a winner does not communicate his/her acceptance of the prize within 24 hours of notification or cannot be located within this period, UEFA reserves the right to select an alternative winner and the person not responding will waive his/her rights to the prize or forfeit the prize.

9. The winner shall meet the participants of the Ultimate Champions match at a hotel in Berlin (location to be confirmed) where the winner will be presented with a playing kit. The winner must bring their own shoes suitable for playing on artificial turf. The winner shall travel to the stadium along with the other participants.

10. In addition, the winner will receive two tickets to the UEFA Champions League Final 2015, scheduled to be held at the Olympiastadion, Berlin, Germany on 6 June 2015. The winner's chosen guest must be over the age of 18.

11. Two nights' hotel accommodation in Berlin shall be arranged and paid for by UEFA for the winner and their guest.

12. UEFA shall liaise with the winner in relation to all arrangements regarding the prize, including but not limited to confirmation of dates, times, and delivery/receipt of tickets.

13. If the winner is under 18 years of age they must obtain their parent's or legal guardian's consent to enter. Proof of consent and/or proof of age may be required.

14. The winner shall be required to confirm that they are physically fit to participate in the Ultimate Champions' match and will have to sign a UEFA release form and, where requested, provide a medical certificate, before participating.

15. The winner must agree to his/her performance or appearance being photographed, filmed and recorded in any audio, visual, audio-visual and/or electronic form of coverage and that such audio, visual, audio-visual and/or electronic recordings and other reproductions may be used and/or exploited in whole or in part by UEFA (and its licensees and/or assignees) for whatever purpose by any and all means via any and all current and/or future media throughout the world in perpetuity and without restriction.

16. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given. UEFA reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value in the event that circumstances beyond its control mean that the prize described above cannot be provided to the winner and/or the guest.

17. The winner agrees, and will procure that their guest agrees, not to sell, offer to sell or use the prizes for any commercial or promotional purpose (including placing the prizes on an internet auction site).

18. UEFA shall not be responsible or liable for any expenses incurred by any winner and/or their guests over and above the prizes set out in these terms and conditions including, without limitation, travel, food and drink.

19. The winner and their guest must act responsibly at all times. UEFA or any relevant venue shall be entitled to prevent any person from attending or remove any person if it deems the behaviour of that person unsuitable.

20. UEFA will use the information which you provide or which they obtain from their dealings with you, to administer the Competition. By entering the Competition, you agree that if you are chosen as the prize winner you will allow UEFA, and shall procure that your guest allows UEFA, to use your names, photographs, videos, voice recordings and general locations for its publicity and news purposes during this and any future promotions or advertising.

21. The Competition has been developed by UEFA as a fun competition for fans. Accordingly, you shall ensure any use of a video entry is solely for your personal and non-commercial use and shall assume responsibility for the appropriateness of your entry and compliance with applicable laws. In particular, you shall not use the Competition to create any inappropriate videos or to abuse, threaten, harass or denigrate any other person or entity. UEFA reserves the right to report and/or require that any entry be removed from any social media platform for any reason (including where UEFA deems the entry to be inappropriate), and you agree to cooperate fully with UEFA in this regard.

22. In principle, you should only upload/incorporate images of yourself in your entry. If, however, your entry includes the image of any other person, you must make sure you have their prior consent to their image being used. You must ensure that any such person is aware of, and agrees to, the provisions of these rules before the relevant entry is uploaded.

23. By taking part in the Competition you hereby agree that UEFA shall be entitled to use, make available, reproduce, adapt, copy and distribute your entry including on UEFA's website and various social media channels and in publicity materials relating to the Competition in any manner and without further reference, payment or other compensation. UEFA may also make entries available to its affiliates and commercial partners. UEFA reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Competition in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, for any reason.

24. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UEFA is not responsible for any damage, liability or loss resulting from any entry into the Competition or the winner's or guest's use of, or participation in, the prizes.

25. All UEFA's decisions in relation to the Competition are final and UEFA will not enter into any correspondence. UEFA reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw the Competition at any time.

26. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nyon, Switzerland.
