Valencia 1-1 Barcelona(Negredo 39; Kaptoum 84)
Barcelona extended their unbeaten run to a club record 29 matches, bettering the mark set by Josep Guardiola's 2010/11 squad, as they reached the Copa del Rey final for the sixth time in eight seasons. With the holders 7-0 up after the first leg, Luis Enrique fielded a much-changed side that fell behind when Álvaro Negredo chipped Marc-André ter Stegen. Just off the bench, Wilfrid Kaptoum ensured it was a historic night for the Liga leaders with his first goal for the Azulgrana.

Bochum 0-3 Bayern(Lewandowski 38 90, Thiago Alcántara 61)
Bayern eased into the German Cup semi-finals at the expense of their 2. Bundesliga hosts, who were reduced to ten men when Jan Šimůnek felled Arjen Robben four minutes before the break. Manuel Riemann's save prevented Thomas Müller from making it 2-0, but the German international made up for spot-kick disappointment by setting up Thiago Alcántara to double the lead with the aid of a deflection. Robert Lewandowski's late second was his sixth goal in his last four games. Bayern face Werder Bremen for a place in the final.

Málaga 2-0 Dynamo Kyiv (Ricardo Horta 1 14)
Serhiy Rebrov's side suffered defeat at their second Spanish training camp this winter break.
