Augsburg 1-3 Leverkusen (Kohr 60; Bellarabi 23, Hernández 40 65)
Karim Bellarabi struck the Bundesliga's 50,000th goal – and his first league effort since April – from a cross by Kai Havertz, who also provided the pass for Javier Hernández to score the clincher at the second attempt. The Mexican striker's double on Friday took his tally to five in three games and ten league goals for the season.
Sporting Gijón 1-4 Atlético (Álvarez 49; Carrasco 46, Gameiro 80 81 85)
Kevin Gameiro came off the bench just past the hour and scored the second fastest hat-trick in Liga history to ensure Atleti consolidated their top-four status after being pushed all the way by struggling Sporting. It took Gameiro four minutes and 45 seconds to take the score from 1-1 to 4-1, the quickest since Bebeto's record for Deportivo La Coruña against Albacete in 1995.
• MANCHESTER CITY v MONACO
Huddersfield Town 0-0 Manchester City
City face a replay in the FA Cup last 16 after being held at second-tier Huddersfield. Pep Guardiola made eight changes from Monday's league game with Bournemouth, including the enforced absence of injured Gabriel Jesus, meaning a return to the starting line-up for Sergio Agüero, as well as for Claudio Bravo in goal. However, there was no way past home keeper Joel Coleman.
Bastia 1-1 Monaco (Sadio Diallo 19; Bernardo Silva 52)
Bernardo Silva's sixth league goal of the season, a well-placed header from Almamy Touré's cross, salvaged a point for Monaco on Friday. It was enough to keep the Ligue 1 pacesetters three points clear after Paris could only draw Toulouse on Sunday evening.

• PORTO v JUVENTUS
Porto 4-0 Tondela (André Silva 43pen, Rúben Neves 54, Soares 63, Diogo Jota 90+2)
Francisco Soares scored for the fourth time in three matches since joining from Guimarães and André Silva struck his 13th league goal of the campaign as Porto won their sixth contest on the spin on Friday, stretching their unbeaten Liga run to 19 games in the process.
Juventus 4-1 Palermo (Marchisio 13, Dybala 40 89, Higuaín 63; Chochev 90+3)
It was a tale of free-kicks in Turin on Friday with Claudio Marchisio turning in after the visitors had failed to deal with a 13th-minute effort, while Paulo Dybala – who hit the post from an early set piece – brilliantly curled in the second from a dead-ball situation. Dybala played in Gonzalo Higuaín for his 19th league goal of the season and the roles were reversed for number four as Juventus eased to a sixth consecutive Serie A success and stretched their unbeaten competitive home run to 43 matches.

Sevilla 2-0 Eibar (Sarabia 30, Vitolo 90+1)
Sevilla remain within three points of leaders Real Madrid but were made to work. After a tough first half-hour, Sevilla went ahead when Pablo Sarabia volleyed in a cross from Stevan Jovetić, who also set up the clincher in added time for Vitolo.
Millwall 1-0 Leicester (Cummings 90)
Leicester were knocked out of the FA Cup by third-tier opposition to add to the shocks on a day when fifth-level Lincoln City beat Premier League Burnley. Millwall were reduced to ten men after Jake Cooper received a second booking in the 52nd minute, but a much-changed Leicester side were beaten in the last minute.

Hertha Berlin 1-1 Bayern (Ibišević 21; Lewandowski 90+6)
Bundesliga leaders Bayern's unbeaten run stretched to 13 games thanks to the latest of equalisers by Robert Lewandowski, his 25th goal of the season. Lewandowski was brought off the bench in the 61st minute and, with the final kick, he pounced on the rebound after an Arjen Robben shot had been blocked.
Sutton United 0-2 Arsenal (Lucas Pérez 26, Walcott 55)
Showing seven changes to the side thrashed 5-1 at Bayern, Arsenal had enough to see off a team 105 places below them on English football's ladder. Lucas Pérez opened the scoring with a cross-shot before Theo Walcott doubled the advantage with his 100th goal for the club. The Gunners face another fifth-tier side, Lincoln, in the FA Cup quarter-finals.
• NAPOLI (1-3) REAL MADRID
Madrid 2-0 Espanyol (Morata 33, Bale 83)
Madrid scored for a club record 42nd consecutive game and Gareth Bale marked his injury comeback with a goal to consolidate their Liga lead. The opener came when Álvaro Morata headed in a fine Isco cross, and Madrid seldom looked in danger. Bale came off the bench for his first appearance since 22 November and within 12 minutes produced a strong, low finish after also being set up by Isco.
Chievo 1-3 Napoli (Meggiorini 72; Insigne 31, Hamšík 38, Zieliński 58)
Napoli bounced back from their midweek UEFA Champions League loss to Real Madrid by posting their ninth victory in 11 Serie A outings. On target in Spain, Lorenzo Insigne opened the scoring before Marek Hamšík grabbed his tenth goal in the league this term.

• BARCELONA (0-4) PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN
Barcelona 2-1 Leganés (Messi 4 90pen; Lopez 71)
A late Lionel Messi penalty spared Barcelona from a second disappointing result this week as they took all three points at the Camp Nou. Beaten 4-0 by Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday, Luis Enrique's men needed a quick response but looked set to be thwarted when Unai Lopez hit a deserved equaliser – only for Messi to take his Liga tally this term to 19 strikes when he converted in the final minute for his second goal of the night.
Paris 0-0 Toulouse
Unai Emery's side were brought back down to earth after their exploits against Barcelona as they failed to find a way past Toulouse at the Parc des Princes. Despite starting with the likes of Edinson Cavani, Julian Draxler and Lucas, the French champions missed the chance to close within a point of Ligue 1 leaders Monaco.
• BORUSSIA DORTMUND (0-1) BENFICA
Dortmund 3-0 Wolfsburg (Bruma 20og, Piszczek 48, Dembélé 59)
Dortmund bounced back from defeats by Darmstadt and Benfica and climbed to third in the Bundesliga despite the enforced closure of their South Stand. The home side were always in control and Łukasz Piszczek set up the first and third as well as burying the second.
Braga 0-1 Benfica (Mitroglou 80)
Kostas Mitroglou continued his superb vein of form to send Benfica back ahead of Porto at the Portuguese summit. Having made the difference against Dortmund last time out, the Greece forward found the net for the fourth match in succession – giving him 11 goals in his last ten games in all competitions.
