Back trouble
The 26-year-old Peruvian international is struggling with a back problem which will keep him out of Saturday's Bundesliga game against FC Schalke 04. Pizarro sustained the injury in the build-up to the league match at Werder Bremen a fortnight ago. He returned to training earlier this week but suffered a recurrence, making him a doubt for the Group C game in Turin.
