Operation on Tuesday
Berezoutski, who misses tonight's visit to Chelsea FC, will also sit out the return against the Londoners in Moscow on 2 November. He will resume training in a week after yesterday's operation but is expected to need a further three weeks to recover fully.

Fit for Porto
By this prognosis, the 22-year-old should be fit by the time Porto travel to CSKA on Matchday 5. CSKA will also be without winger Rolan Gusev and striker Ivica Olic against Chelsea, while midfielder Jirí Jarošik is rated doubtful.
